Construction | Temp / Perm Desks
City of London / Start ASAP
Basic salary: £24,000 - £40,000 + Commission (Senior = earn 1/3 of what you bill)

Are you a seasoned recruiter with a track record of success in the UK construction industry?

We're on the hunt for exceptional talent: someone who's savvy in winning new clients and building lasting relationships, with a history of consistent billings. 🏆

Why join us:

We value the grafters, the relationship-builders - you will be given the autonomy to shape your own success. We are a small team of committed individuals, determined to do their best, all day, everyday, all the time.

Is that you?

Your resilience and accountability set you apart. Turning up isn't just about being present; it's about bringing your A-game, owning up to the odd mistake, and pushing through challenges. That's the kind of spirit we're looking for. 👍

We don't end up hiring just anyone... Why? Because we want to ensure that anyone who joins us fits just right 🧩

KPIs? They're not a stick, they're your GPS: Excelling in your role? Your KPIs highlight the practices that make you a star, inspiring your colleagues to learn from you. Need a boost? KPI's will guide your focus to where it's needed most. 💡

Recruitment is not for the Faint hearted. It can at times feel like a thankless task. With that being said, we don't know many other industries that will allow someone to have control over how much they earn. That is right. How much you earn depends on you. How much work you put in. How much quality of work you provide. If you are someone who is a proven recruiter, maybe unhappy with your current company / culture and looking to join a company that will give you complete autonomy over your work - get in touch for more details.

*It goes without saying - any good recruiter will be able to provide proof of billings. If you can't provide it or don't know how / where to find it, this role is probably not for you...
