Our Medical division specialises in placing locum, sCardiogram and stethoscopealaried and sessional GPs and nurses into both the NHS and private sector.

We are a supplier of staff to a variety of independent healthcare providers, PCTs, GP surgeries, private hospitals, MOD bases and EA/walk in/urgent care centres on a national basis.

Service level agreements with a number of OOH providers nationwide also guarantee a range of midweek, weekend and bank holiday shifts covering base shifts, telephone triage and home visits.

Our main focus is building long-term relationships with clients so that we become a trusted supplier. While this does not happen overnight, we are confident that our high levels of service will allow us to build that rapport over time. We are corporate members of the REC and adhere to the REC Medical Code of Practice which demonstrates our devotion to offering an honest and fair service to both our locums and clients who will benefit from our experience, knowledge and work ethic.

At Borne, we have extremely effective clinical governance processes and compliance procedures in place and a database warning system that ensures that all our files are up to date for the doctors and nurses we use. This includes:

  • GMC details
  • Medical indemnity insurances
  • CRB checks
  • Qualifications
  • Up to date CV and references
  • Candidate declarations
  • ID checks

Our Primary Care/Nursing division supplies Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, HCA/Phlebotomists, and Medical Administration staff.  We can help with all your Primary Care needs with one phone call.

As a niche nursing brand, our quality standards supersede those of supplying in volume. We only accept applications from candidates who possess multi-disciplinary skills, maintain personal integrity, remain dedicated to their professional practice, and have the competency to deliver a positive contribution to any clinical environment. We offer healthcare professionals an extensive remuneration package, combined with an array of benefits which promote commitment for further personal development.

We pride ourselves on our stringent and comprehensive compliance process, which once completed continues to work in tandem with a wider-ranging support function that exceeds current NHS recruiting practices. This ensures candidates placed within an NHS environment remain solely focused on providing outstanding patient care without concerns of non-compliant documentation/fitness to practice.
