Role Responsibilities:
• Conducting smear tests
• Administering child immunisations
• Providing travel vaccinations
• Managing dressings and wound care
• Monitoring blood pressure and other vital signs

Essential Skills:
• A minimum of two years' experience as a Practice Nurse within a GP surgery
• Proficiency in the delivery of smear tests, child immunisations, and travel vaccinations
• Competence in dressing and wound care management
• Adept at conducting blood pressure checks and routine patient observations

Are you a clinical pharmacist looking for a new challenge? A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work within a supportive Primary Care Network in Surrey.

This permanent role offers the flexibility to work across two sites, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your expertise in a variety of settings. As a successful candidate, you will have completed the CPP pathway, hold an IP qualification and possess the ability to take initiative and work autonomously with minimal supervision.

As an advanced clinical pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients and supporting the wider healthcare team.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Conducting medication reviews and providing clinical advice to patients
• Developing and implementing pharmaceutical care plans
