Project Manager | 1st Phase - 300 + Units | New Build Residential | Essex
Salary: Up to £82k + Comprehensive package + Up to 20% Bonus
Start: March 2019
One of the most successful and awarded Residential Developers in the UK, specialising in New Homes and Urban Regeneration, are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager for a major regeneration development in the heart of Essex.
All their developments and homes carry a signature style and character, with materials that reflect a strong commitment to quality. This developer has received over 300 awards for design and sustainability excellence since 2000 and they currently hold more Housing Design Awards than any other home builder.
The development is in excess of 1000 units, divided into 2 phases, of which the first will be to deliver over half by the summer of 2020.
The Project Manager for this role will come from a new build residential background and ideally, have strong experience with RC Frame , brickwork and M&E. The successful candidate will be willing to take ownership, discover problems and can find solutions. They will also be driven, dedicated, and take pride in their work.
At least 5 years as a Project Manager
Stable track record delivering similarly large residential schemes for UK contractors or developers
R/C frame experience
Understands how to follow procedures, process and company policy
Good technical ability
Must have brickwork experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
