Project Manager | Residential - RC Frame Build
Salary - £70.000 - £75.000 + 6,000.00 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus and other Benefits
One of the Top UK Residential Developers is Recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team on a prestigious residential project in Cambridge.
One of the most successful and acclaimed property developers in the UK, building well over 4,000 premium quality family homes a year in prime locations across England and Wales. Recently named Best Large Housebuilder' for the second consecutive year, winning Gold at the What House? Awards.
The project comprises the construction of Building Luxury Town Houses, built to high standards and prime design.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3+ years as Project Manager on the residential construction sector, and must be able to demonstrate a stable track record of delivering large schemes from start to finish, as a No1 on site.
You will have a Site Manager and 2x Assistant Site Manager reporting to you.
A minimum of 3+ years as a Project Manager
Stable track record with UK contractors or developers
New build residential experience on similarly large schemes.
Experience of Traditional Build Frame Works + sound knowledge of externals /groundworks
Strong experience of planning and programme works
