Opportunity to progress to Construction Director of Main Contract Division
Salary £80k + £5k car allowance + pension + fuel card + plus % of salary performance related bonus

Our client is a successful regional building contractor working on new build, refurb and structural alterations projects throughout Central London & within the M25.
The company has an immediate position for a Contracts Manager, offering a unique and genuine opportunity to progress to Construction Director of their Main Contract Division.
In an ideal world, any contracts manager applying would have 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager, about 15 years' construction industry experience in the UK, and a stable track record with previous employers.
Role & Responsibilities
25% pre-construction / tendering
Manage up to 4/5 sites
Values £1m to £10m approx.
Residential / Commercial mainly
H&S | Programme delivery | Sub-Contractors | Site and Project Managers | Procurement | Commercial awareness | Working in tandem with commercial manager | Contract awareness | Protecting our company risk - upstream and downstream | Lead and chair meetings
Tender programmes | Methodology and Logistics Plan | Tender interviews | Tender Hand-over to Operation delivery teams
Securing new clients | Raising awareness of company
Attention to detail | Motivated | Commercially and contractually aware | Good people manager | Ability to manage clients | Presentable | Good work ethic | Excellent in Microsoft, Programming - ASTA or Project, Bluebeam etc. | Good oral and written communicator
