Site Manager - Kent - Residential

Salary: £50,000+ Package (Negotiable)

Our client is a market leading residential developer that operates throughout the UK. The Kent office is one of the most successful regions for this well-established developer and they have recently expanded their operations with a number of key projects kicking off in Kent. They are in the process of expanding their management team and are looking for individual that have good house building knowledge.
My client is currently searching for a number of Site Managers on 3 key schemes in Kent. They are ideally looking for individuals that can manage particular phases or sections on these rather large developments. As a Site Manager, you will have full responsibility of your section/plots and will report directly in to an on-site Project Manager or visiting Contracts Manager.
Supervising and overseeing sub-contractors
Ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met
Management of sub-contractors
Checking and preparing site reports
Maintaining quality control procedures
Type of candidate
You will ideally have good house building knowledge and a good understanding on traditional build housing. Our client is looking for individuals who are ambitious and people who want to progress their career further with the business. There is plenty of opportunities available for people that have the right mindset and career goals. Future progression may come in the way of a Project Manager role or Contracts Manager role.
