Personal Assistant - Super Prime Construction

One of the leading Super Prime Construction companies, who specialise in refurbishment of properties in premier locations such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge & Mayfair, are recruiting for a Personal Assistant. Your role will be supporting the two owners of the business, who need someone hands on and willing to get involved with various aspects across the business. No day is the same and will keep you busy
Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Diary management to co-ordinate meetings, travel arrangements for all Senior Staff
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
Liaison with other departments and the distribution of correspondence;
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
Taking dictation and minutes;
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner as a priority, effectively screening calls.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
A resilient forward thinker who demonstrates initiative,
Self-motivated and reliable.
Good knowledge of Work and Excel, Powerpoint,
Excellent planning and organising skills
Good communication skills - both written and oral.
