The company has secured their turnover for the next two years and is looking for a Site Manager to join the team on an exciting project, reporting to a Senior Site Manager.
The company has 12 months remaining on a £25m new build, triple basement bespoke single property in Central London, with a multi-car-car loading bay. Joining a project manager, senior site manager and site manager, this site manager would be expected to manage logistics, deliveries, coordination, RFI's, RAMS etc. and effectively be the link between the other site manager, and day to day site activities.
This well-known and reputable company competes against the leading names in the London super prime residential sector, so any Site Managers applying must have a proven track record of time spent with a known contractor / developer that specialises in this market.
The company adopts a work hard / play hard approach and looks after their staff, hence a very low staff turnover.
