This niche, prime residential refurbishment / fit-out specialist offers an innovative and tailored turnkey solution. The company has traded for over 30 years, survived 2 recessions, the credit crunch and a global pandemic and their order book is now full through to 2021/2022.
The company has 2 directors, contracts managers and all the senior site managers started at the business (on the tools or with apprenticeships and have been with the company for decades). They are now looking forward to the next generation/legacy and therefore an opportunity exists for an experienced contracts manager.
A large proportion of their contracts are negotiated, and not awarded through competitive tendering.

Managing several prime high-end residential projects
Time spent with previous employers (ideally £5m - £15m turnover in size)
Project values from £1m - £10m
Typical responsibilities include:
All aspects of Programming
Planning and Site Logistics
Health & Safety Planning
Liaising with Clients, Architects and all Design Team members
Collaborating with Architects and Designers Working Drawings, Client Approvals etc.
Managing and motivating Staff and Site Teams
