A niche house builder with a focus on building high quality homes in Surrey and across the South East, will be looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager
As a low volume builder, they require a Senior Site Manager who will take complete responsibility for the delivery of the homes. They will need to share the ethos of delivering high quality bespoke homes with a sale value of between £1.5m - £2m.
The Senior Site manager will be able to demonstrate a proven record of taking developments from start to completion, and possess a stable employment history. Ideally, you will come from a trade background, have at least 5 years site management experience as a number 1. A current 1st aid, SMSTS and CSCS Card is required.
Reporting to directly to a Director, the Senior Site Manager's duties will include:
• Overall Responsibility for the completion of New Build Homes from Groundwork to Complete finish and handover
• Implementing and adhering to strict Health & Safety on Site plus QC
• Liaising with Authorities, Sub Contractors, consulting and advising the Designers Team
• Reporting directly to HQ based Contracts Manager
• Responsible for Planning / Programming
• Good IT efficiency
• Conducting weekly Programme meetings with subcontractors
