Our client is a leading residential developer that operates mainly within London with a number of iconic schemes around the City. They are well-established brand name with a reputation for high quality finishes and luxurious developments.
Job Description
My client is currently searching for a Senior Project Manager that will be managing the day to day running of the site with a large team below. This is for a very well known residential scheme in West London, which is entering another phase.
This phases consists over 400 units spread across three blocks and the phase is expected to run until 2024.
You will be managing a team of circa 10 people, which will include: Senior Site Managers, Site Managers and Engineers. You will report directly in to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing day to day activities
• Health & Safety
• Progress reports and site meetings
• Programming
• Quality control
• Responsible for a team managers
• Responsible for managing sub-contractors
• Undertake regular health, safety and environment inspections
• Ensure quality management regime is in place and being adhered to
The ideal Project Manager must have:
• Experience working on projects at this magnitude
• Experience in managing large teams
• Developer experience is preferred but not essential
• You will have some experience in programming, in particular using Asta
• You will have a widespread experience of internals and externals
