Our client is a leading residential developer that operate all around the M25 and the Home Counties. They are known for their high quality projects and have been involved in various long-term schemes.
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Site Manager that has experience in low-rise traditional build projects. You will be working on a scheme that is currently underway and contains over 140 units of medium/high spec houses.
You will be working with a reasonable sized team and will report directly in to a Project Manager.
Key Duties
• Managing day to day activities
• Health & Safety
• Progress reports and site meetings
• Programming
• Quality control
• Responsible for managing sub-contractors
• Ensure quality management regime is in place and being adhered to
