This leading residential developer is currently working on a large phased development that consists of over 1500 units over 15 years. The project is all traditional build houses and apartments, up to 4-storeys.
The developer has a current requirement for a good all-round site manager with a house build background. Must have a good attitude, want to progress and be good with technology. High standard evidence of Management of Health and Safety/Quality/Programme.
·The Site Manager would be working across 2 phases, which is split of houses & low level apartments
·Work as part of the Build Team which is Construction Manager, Snr Site Manager, Operations Manager, 2 Site Managers & Assistant Site Manager
·Reporting to a Senior Site Manager & then Construction Manager
·Experience with a well-known reputable developer would be appealing to the client
The Ideal Site Manager must have:
·Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Site Manager for a developer
·Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, programme and delivery
·Experience of working on a large residential project
·Drive, and a previous of track-record of driving projects forward and working to tight deadlines
·Ability to plan work in a strategic and methodological manner
·Experience of checking quality of work
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
