This super-prime specialist developer of residential and commercial spaces, works on exclusive high end residential projects ranging in value from £2m apartments to £8m townhouses.
The company is looking for a contracts manager, to initially oversee 3/4 projects, and who has the potential to (or have ambitions towards) becoming construction director - as the company grows.
Experience required:
•Managing several prime high-end residential projects
•Time spent with previous employers (ideally £5m - £15m turnover in size)
•Project values from £1.5m - £8m
•Computer Literate
Typical responsibilities include:
•All aspects of Programming
•Construction Procurement
•Planning and Site Logistics
•Health & Safety Planning
•Liaising with Clients, Architects and all Design Team members
•Collaborating with Architects and Designers Working Drawings, Client Approvals etc.
•Pre-construction interviews
•Managing and motivating Staff and Site Teams
