This leading refurbishment and fitout contractor has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a freelance contract basis for a minimum period of 6 months with a view to joining the company on a longer term contract should you be successful.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside a site based in Farringdon, London with a Commercial Manager and support in all general Quantity Surveying duties, however you will initially focus on procurement.
Being a large, heavy refurbishment project you will have worked on cut and carve projects before but not necessarily to the same size. Good main contracting experience is required and will have worked for recognised refurbishment contractors before.
