This bespoke residential refurbishment specialist has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a live project in Richmond, West London.
For this Quantity Surveyor position you will be required for a minimum period of 6 months to finish the current project and potentially take forward a newly secured project in Putney, West London worth £2.2m.
The project is in Richmond upon Thames and is a refurbishment of £3.2m and has another 5 months. This is a high end residential project and you must have worked as a Quantity Surveyor on similar or larger valued high end luxury house refurbishments.
Your initial duties will be to carry out general Quantity Surveying duties such as procurement, managing subcontractor accounts and payments and variations.
