A prime specialist in prime residential and heritage projects has an immediate requirement for a Finishing Manager on a grade listed building in Knightsbridge.
As the Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for 1st fix activities through to completion. The project is a structural alteration to a listed building, originally built in the 1800's including the addition of 6,000 sq. ft. basement.
Ideally, you will be from a carpentry background and have experience of a prime residential or listed buildings
On offer will be an attractive day rate, and the opportunity to work on very interesting and complex prime residential projects either in London.
