Our client has been successful in securing a super-prime hotel refurbishment within the heart of London and will be looking for a Project Manager with responsibility for the back of the house.
The project will be a £50m prime fit out of a new boutique hotel, which will include over 100 guest rooms, restaurants and spas.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the back of the house which includes the kitchen, restaurant and bar areas valued at £5m.
Your role will be to strive for the highest quality in workmanship and performance. Ideally your experience will encompass projects within hotel or prime residential fit out within London.
In your role you will be responsible for:
• Managing, coordinating and integrating all subcontract and suppliers
• Ensuring high levels of Health and Safety are maintained the programme is being managed
• Coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers ensuring they deliver on programmer and budget
• Complete liaison with the design team and client team,
• Providing detailed reports to client and Senior Project Manager
• Direction of the project and project management team
• Management and supervision of a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
The Key Attributes:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role with an established main contractor on prominent projects
• Proven experience of delivery from start to completion.
• Previous prime hotels and/or prime residential experience would be an advantage
• Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project
• Client-facing
