**Career progression opportunity for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join an award winning building contractor**
The business has an annual turnover of £25m with rapid (and controlled) growth over the last 3yrs. They carry out projects up to £10m with different sectors including: Commercial, Education, Health & Care, Heritage, Residential & Retail.
The company has an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to run (from start to finish) a new build project in Kingswood, comprising the construction of 2no bespoke luxury homes. New build, high end residential. Circa £4m value.
Key things the client is looking for:
·Stable employment - good track record of time spent with previous employers
·An individual who is a Team player
·Used to working to processes (not a lone soldier)
·Organised
·Client interface / well-presented
·Experience in procurement, liaison with architects & design teams
·Basic programming skills (advantageous)
·The company does not employ contracts managers, so need to be self-sufficient
·Experience working with contractors that operate good systems and processes, with similar size project values (£2m - £6m)
This job title can also be referred to as: Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager & Project Lead.
Long-term the client would be looking to move someone into a project director role, so exciting career potential is available.
