Are you ready for a new challenge? Our client is a leading residential contractor who pride themselves in their high standards and exceptional quality of work. They are looking to hire a Site Manager to join their team in London.
The value of the project is £1.5m and it is the most impressive private healthcare facilities available in the UK at present. This will be great opportunity to work in fast-paced environment and be exposed to different elements of construction.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will be reporting to a Site Manager and your responsibilities will include the following:
• Assist with HSE implementation and control
• Assist in ensuring target date and achievements met as agreed
• Ensure Quality Assurance met
• Assist in Inspection reporting
• Assist with Contract planning
• Read and understand drawings and detailed specifications
• Order and placement of materials in sequence of works and plant and equipment
Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Minimum 3 years' experience on Site
• Engineering or Construction Management Qualification
• Involved with Internal Fit Out works, preferably healthcare
• Able to use snagging tools and online document control software
• Excellent written and communication skills
