Our client has a first class reputation for providing the highest standard of service and workmanship and are now looking to appoint a Contracts Manager for high-end refurbishments on a Cotswolds Manor Estate.
They are about to embark on a multi phased and long term project within the grounds of the Listed Country Estate in the Cotswolds. The project will include various phases of refurbishments valued between £1m - £5m, with a duration of 4 years. The works will include bespoke joinery, roof stone, oak and high end mechanical and electrical.
As the Contracts Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 10 years' management experience and possess the skills to simultaneously manage multiple elements to the contract. Your experience will be required to take projects from planning stage through to completion; driving the design and appointing sub-contractors,
• All aspects of Programming,
• Construction Procurement,
• Planning and Site Logistics
• Health & Safety planning.
• Liaising with Clients, Architects and all Design Team members.
• Collaborating with Architects and Designers Working Drawings, Client Approvals etc.
• Pre-construction interviews.
• Managing and motivating Staff and Site Teams.
This position requires a person with the following key attributes:
• Excellent team player
• Proven ability to manage the site team and work with the commercial department.
• Proven experience of delivery from start to completion.
• Enjoys the challenge of prime residential refurbishment
• Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project
• Client-facing
