This leading residential developer is currently working on a large phased development that consists of over 1500 units over 15 years. The project is all traditional build houses and apartments, up to 4-storeys.

The developer has a current requirement for a Site Manager, Ground worker biased.
Must be experienced in coordinating groundwork/services/roads and foundation with knowledge of superstructure elements of traditional build. The position is for a site based manager to keep on top of programme and high risk. High standard evidence of Management of Health and Safety/Quality/Programme

The Role:
·The Site Manager (Ground worker bias) would be working across 2 phases, which is split of houses & low level apartments
·Work as part of the Build Team which is Construction Manager, Snr Site Manager, Operations Manager, 2 Site Managers & Assistant Site Manager
·Reporting to a Senior Site Manager & then Construction Manager

Our client is a family run high-end residential business that has been operation in the Home Counties for over 30 years. They have a contracting and developing arm and specialise in high-end bespoke residential properties. These properties tend to be single dwellings and have luxurious finishes.

Job Description
Our client is looking for an Assistant Site Manager for a project in Buckinghamshire. This is a high-end new build project will be going live on site in the coming month and will be a fantastic scheme to get you started with at this business.

My client is looking for ambitious individuals who are keen to take responsibility and will be able to run a site under close supervision from the Directors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking and hard-working Assistant Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervising and overseeing sub-contractors
• Ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met
• Management of sub-contractors
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports

This medium size regional contractor has a very good name in building and refurbishing high end
residential and commercial schemes in London and the Home Counties.

They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager, to join an existing team to help manage the day to day site activities and sub-contractors, working under a Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.

The project:
This mixed-use development involves the demolition of an existing floor to create 15 residential apartments. The remainder of the building is undergoing substantial structural alterations to provide a fully fitted-out, exposed office to the one floor, gym shell to two other floors, with restaurant and retail shells to two other levels. The roof is on, and internals are very much under way.

Site Manager experienced required:
•Internal refurbishment and fit-out
•Live environment (advantageous)
•Reporting to a site based Project Manager
•IT literate
•Excellent references

Qualifications Required:
•CSCS
•SMSTS
•First Aid at Work
