One of the Leading Residential Developers based in Essex, are recruiting for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their Flagship Development. The development consists of high-spec houses from 2-5 bedrooms, with the 1st phase underway, they require a Senior Technical Coordinator to support the Senior Manager with delivering this project.

As a developer they have a solid reputation in the industry, with a strong order book in 2020/2021, you'd be joining a strong team, they're a company that who maintain high standards & reflect this with rewarding staff in terms of job satisfaction, career prospects and remuneration.

Key Duties:
• Package management
• Consultant liaisons
• Provide technical advice, review design and specifications
• Management of planning/ construction design phase

Desirable criteria:
• Passionate about construction, house building and customer service.
• Experienced in project and process management.
• Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally with a recognised Housebuilder.
• Highly organised, logically minded and take a well-structured approach to your workload.
• Ideally you will have a strong focus on providing solutions & resolving problems.
• Experience in AutoCAD software / Asta would be advantageous but not essential.
• Qualified in Architecture / Engineering / Construction.

We are looking for a Payroll/Office Administrator to join our team - People are at the centre of our business, and we're looking for team players who can embrace, contribute and partake in the overall success of the team.

You will be working alongside an extremely experienced Accounts / Finance Specialist and be taken under their wing to teach you all there is to know in the world of accounts.

(There is more to the role than just numbers - if you're good at planning events or company nights out, take great pictures of office Dogs or are an expert at decorating the Christmas tree, that would be a BONUS!)

Some of your duties will include:

• Processing weekly timesheets
• Raising and processing invoices
• Client credit checks
• Keep insurances covers updated
• Processing expenses
• Preparing and submitting HMRC intermediary reports
• Processing CIS return
• Chasing Debtors
• Chasing temps' Documents and Right to work
• Keep CRM updated
• Ordering, organising, and maintaining office stationery stock

Job Description
My client is currently searching for a Project Manager that will manage a large section of a major new build scheme in East London. The scheme is a phased development consisting of RC Frame Apartments and Traditional Build Houses. This will be a landmark project in East London and will be running for over 8 years while building over 2500 units.

You will be managing a large team and will report directly in to the Project Director.
