Are you looking for out of hours sessions in a clinical setting?

Key responsibilities:
• Provide independent consultations for 12-15 minutes per patient, encompassing pediatrics from infancy to end-of-life
• Offer home visits as needed, ensuring comprehensive care
• Demonstrate autonomous diagnostic and treatment capabilities across a diverse range of conditions
• Possess desirable experience in palliative care, including home-based interventions
• Flexibility for out-of-hours work is essential, covering Warwickshire & Worcestershire, with a preference for local candidates

Must have:
• Smart card; please provide the number
• Minimum of 6-12 months of independent non-medical prescribing experience required
• At least 6 months of primary care experience, ideally in general practice
• Comprehensive experience in unscheduled urgent care preferred
• Experience using Adastra

Qualifications:
• NMC registered first level nurse with MSc or equivalent.
• Relevant nursing/health degree.
• Mentor/teaching qualification and clinical supervision training.
